PLEASE BE MINDFUL YOU ARE NOT REGISTERING YOUR CHILD INTO THE MAC VIA THIS INQUIRY PROCESS.  A MAC official will get in contact with you based on the information submitted.

With the safety protocols in mind amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, we have decided to  conduct online registration for  all Form I students for the upcoming school year.  The online registration will  be open from 25th May, 2020 and must be completed by 8th June, 2020.  The drop off of documents will take place during this period for all internal MAC elementary students. 

The drop off point will be  at the Main Office in Philipsburg between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. by appointment only.  Please have your documents copied as this will not be possible in the essence of time.  You will contacted by a member of the registration team  with further details.

Please note that all outstanding fees for the elementary section must be taken care of before you will be allowed to register for the MAC-CSE. Payments can be made via WIB acct.# Nafls 66820006, or via Republic Bank;  $ acct. #: 160091219 or Nafls acct. # 160091111.  Once the deposit has been made please send a copy of the receipt with the child’s name and  Form to finance@macsxm.org or p.wilson@macsxm.org.  Once received you will receive a receipt of confirmation.

In order for your child to be registered you must bring the following documents;

• 2 recent passport pictures
• Copy of updated residence permit (if applicable)
• Detailed registration form from the census office (not older than 6 months)
• Copy of your child’s birth certificate
• Copy of your child’s vaccination papers
• Copy of medical insurance

Parental contribution for the academic year 2020-2021 will be Fls. 900.00, which must be paid in full upon registration.  The breakdown of the fee includes: Book rental fee- Fls. 250.00, School fee– Fls. 650.00.

Additional Cost will be:

• Writing articles, copy books
• Uniform shirt, pants, skirts, gym shorts, t-shirts ( sold in the Resource Store in Philipsburg)
• Black leather shoes, penny loafers (no canvas, no ballerinas). (stitches and laces should be black)
• Sneakers for gym (black, blue or white)
• Socks, navy blue for girls and boys
