Welcome to the enrollment process for Methodist Agogic Centre.

Registration for Methodist and Alumni will take place at the MAC-Executive Office, Backstreet, Philipsburg on February 10^th - 14^th, 2020. Registration for the public will be held on February 18^th, 2020.

If you have a child attending the Browlia F. Maillard Campus or the MAC CSE, please make use of this opportunity and register your child on the day/date provided, by login your Sycamore account. (IN-HOUSE REGISTRATION FEBRUARY 6TH - 7TH, 2020).  Note you will have to complete both the electronic and hard copy registration form.

REGISTRATION OF PUPILS 3 – YEARS OLD 

1. Minimum age for admission of any pupil 3 years before 1st October of 2020.
2. Pupils are admitted at the beginning of the school year in August.
3. Registration of pupils 3 years old will be done in February on the dates stipulated above.
4. Copies should be submitted; however, the original documents must be presented for verification.

• A screening will be conducted by the Screening Team.  Both parents are to be present with the child.  Parents will be informed of their screening appointment.
• One or both parents MUST submit a valid email address.

REGISTRATION OF PUPILS 4 YEARS OLD TO 12 YEARS OLD 

1. Minimum age for admission of any pupil 4 years before 1st October of 2020.
2. Pupils are admitted at the beginning of the school year on August 10^th, 2020.
3. Registration of pupils 4 years old and older will be done in February on the dates stipulated above.
4. Copies should be submitted; however, the original documents must be presented for verification.
5. Pupils who are transferred from another school must submit a copy of an educational report from the school.
6. Entrance Exams will take place at the Browlia F. Maillard Campus on Friday 5th June, 2020. (Students Grade 2 / Group 4 and up must sit an entrance exams)

• A screening will be conducted by the Screening Team.  Both parents are to be present with the child.  Parents will be informed of their screening appointment.
• One or both parents MUST submit a valid email address.

PLEASE BE MINDFUL YOU ARE NOT REGISTERING YOUR CHILD INTO THE MAC VIA THIS INQUIRY PROCESS.  A MAC official will get in contact with you based on the information submitted.

 To register your child at the F.M.A.C., you MUST have the following documents:

1. Detailed Residence Registration (not older than 6 months),

1. Birth Certificate,
2. Methodist Baptism Certificate (Methodist only),
3. Immunization Card,
4. Two Passport Size Photographs,
5. Educational Report (if transferred from another school) and
6. Medical Insurance.
7. It is important that ALL INFORMATION BE COMPLETE, failure to do so may result in your child not being registered.

• Parental Contribution is Fls300.00 or $167.00 per year for children going into Cycle 1 or Cycle 2.
• For 3-year old’s, there is a monthly fee of Fls225.00 or $125.00 for half day, however, at registration, parents will pay Fls450.00 or $250.00. For whole day Nafls 450, 00 or $250.00. Double that amount is paid on the day of registration. 
• Students will be screened before they are accepted.
• Children who are carded to enter Group 4 and up will have to complete an entry academic test in English and Maths, based on the results will be screened.
