Returning families, please read below:
You will need your Sycamore login information to complete this process. Please contact the office if you do not remember your information.
Dear St. Paul’s Parent(s),
You and your child(ren) are valued members of the St. Paul’s School community. We are excited about the 2021-2022 school year and the opportunity to partner with you once again to provide your child(ren) an excellent Christ-centered education. Now is the time when we ask our current families to indicate their commitment to enrollment and reserve a spot for their child(ren) for the coming school year.
You will use Smart Tuition to setup your payment plan, payment preferences, and pay the $80 registration fee. This process has changed based on parent feedback, so please read carefully:
Existing families: This year, the school will automatically roll over your existing Smart Tuition account. The school will charge the registration fee to your account on 2/15 after which it will be nonrefundable. If you would like us to not automatically charge the registration fee to your account, please let us know. However, if you do that no spot will be reserved for your child until that fee is paid. You will not need to do anything with Smart Tuition at this time.
New Families: You will need to register with Smart Tuition at this time.
If you plan to apply for tuition assistance, you may do so using Smart Aid. Instructions can be found here. If you have any questions regarding the enrollment process, please contact the school office at 608.754.4471 ext. 325 or email@example.com.
If you plan to apply through the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program you must contact Mr. Lunak for directions and assistance before you begin registration through Sycamore or Smart Tuition.
Please click through the menus to begin entering your information. Some of the information you enter will apply to your entire family, and there will be other information that you will enter for each student.
As a reminder, enrollment decisions are based on St. Paul's enrollment priorities, not the enrollment date. After 3/1, provided space is available, enrollment priority is then based on the time of registration. The enrollment priorities are below:
Enrollment priorities for K-8 grades:
1. Members: When one or both parents are members of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Janesville, Wisconsin, their children are eligible for enrollment in St. Paul's Lutheran School. Priority is given to members who currently have a child enrolled in grades K-8.
2. Mission Prospects: When one or both parents agree to attend membership class their children are eligible for enrollment under the same guidelines set forth for members. However, tuition will be assessed at the regular rate until membership is achieved by either or both parents. Application for enrollment will be considered on a first-come, first-served and space available basis after the first week in February of the previous school year. Parents must have met with the Senior Pastor to begin classes before they will be considered mission prospects.
3. Sister congregations and other Lutherans: When one or both parents are members of a sister congregation or other Janesville area Lutheran churches, their children are eligible for enrollment on a first-come, first-served basis as space is available after members and mission prospects have been given priority.
4. All other faiths: St. Paul's Lutheran School will maintain an open-door policy to students of other faiths as space becomes available and after members, mission prospects, sister congregation members and all other Lutherans have been given priority.
Anyone not enrolled by March 1 will not be considered for priority enrollment.
Final enrollment decisions can be made as late as July based on a variety of factors.
Entrance into Pre-Kindergarten does not guarantee entrance into Kindergarten the following year.
Thank you for entrusting St. Paul’s Lutheran School with the education of your child(ren)! We look forward to seeing you and partnering with you in your child’s education again.
